Head of Macro Sales for Asia Institutional Clients

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our macro cross-asset sales efforts in the Asia Ex-Japan region. As Head of Rates and Currencies Investor Sales, you will be responsible for driving business growth with institutional investor clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a sales team to achieve revenue targets and grow market share in FX and rates products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key coverage clients, including central banks, sovereign wealth funds, asset managers, and hedge funds.
- Work closely with market making traders to develop trade ideas and solutions for institutional clients.
- Service and grow electronic trading platforms in FX and rates, including Bloomberg, FXGO, Reuters, FXT, FXConnect, BidFX, Portware.
- Develop thought leadership ideas by working closely with traders, economists, and strategists.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in flow and structured interest rates and FX products sales.
- Strong senior and working relationships in Asia with institutional clients, backed by a proven track record of consistent execution and positive feedback.
- Independent, motivated, and results-driven, with good project management and coordination skills.
- Leadership skills to inspire and groom a team to deliver best performance.
- Solid market connection and intelligence to stay plugged into the latest market trends and industry knowledge.
- Creative thinker to find solutions to challenges and drive growth and new processes.
- Familiarity with electronic platforms and documentation onboarding process from front-office to back-office.
- Good bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or Engineering.
- Strong sense of ethics and compliance.
$150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
