We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnership Development Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at iShopChangi, the tax and duty-free online platform of Changi Airport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading partnership programmes and special innovations to drive growth strategy in areas of customer acquisition and new businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand existing partnership programmes to deliver exponential new customer acquisition growth for both travel retail and domestic business segments.
  • Source, negotiate, and clinch partnerships with finance and lifestyle partners, as well as other relevant stakeholders.
  • Support and implement projects aimed at bringing new sales growth to iShopChangi, including proactive sourcing and negotiations with airline partners, hotel chains, and consumer brand groups.
  • Collaborate with internal, cross-functional teams to design and deploy relevant and meaningful products and programmes.
  • Track and evaluate partnership and loyalty programmes' performances, investigating opportunities to recommend and optimize promotions and strategies that drive key performance metrics.
  • Manage programmes' P&L, ensuring targets are achieved and planned activities are completed within budget.

Requirements:

  • Minimally 4 years of partnerships, loyalty/reward programmes, and/or business development experience.
  • Experience in developing partnership programmes with a proven track record of securing exponential, new customer growth.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence and effectively forge partnerships both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative with projects and anticipate issues of concern.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently, but also collaborate as an effective team member in shared knowledge and best practices.
  • Experience in digital campaign management and a background in e-Commerce will be an advantage.
