Pricing Director, APAC

Job Description:

This is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pricing and commercial modelling, with experience in the commercial real estate industry. They will be able to analyze complex financial data, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop effective solutions to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing commercial strategies and approaches for global or regional large-scale bids.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver pricing and commercial solutions.
  • Managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to provide guidance and support on solutioning and pricing/cost inputs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 8-10 years of experience in pricing and commercial modelling.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to work with numerical data and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • People management skills and leadership qualities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate industry trends and developments.
  • Experience with pricing and commercial modelling software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
