Job Title: Global Retail Training Lead

As our Global Retail Training Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive training strategy that enhances the skills and knowledge of our retail team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver cutting-edge digital training content, ensuring that our retail staff are equipped with the skills they need to drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires a strong understanding of adult learning theories, blended training curriculum design, and e-learning platforms. You will have experience working in a fast-paced retail environment and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and deliver cutting-edge digital training content, including interactive modules and assessments.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update training content.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theories and blended training curriculum design.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and tools, such as Learning Management Systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
