  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for retail employees, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create a cohesive brand message and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Design and deliver interactive workshops and training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Education, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Proven track record of creating engaging learning experiences that drive behavioral change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
