Retail Training Specialist

Our retail organization is seeking a dynamic individual to elevate the capabilities of boutique teams across the region. As a Retail Training Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering impactful training sessions and coaching frontline teams to drive outstanding retail experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging training sessions that are interactive, personalized, and impactful.
  • Conduct refresher and mini-training workshops for internal and external boutique teams.
  • Offer on-the-ground coaching to help staff confidently apply new skills.
  • Collaborate with the Training Manager to assess program effectiveness.
  • Track and report progress to ensure excellence at every step.
  • Support learning operations by assisting with logistics and execution of training sessions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of training experience in a retail or luxury retail environment.
  • Degree in Retail Management, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong presentation, coaching, and public speaking abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint).
