Job Title: Training Facilitator

We are seeking a highly organized and effective Training Facilitator to support our training operations.

  • Experience working with training centers & schools is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to engage with employees, trainees, and external parties at various levels.
  • Good marketing skills with an administrative background will be an advantage.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and have good time management skills.
  • They must have a good attitude and be steady to handle ad hoc tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications is necessary.
  • Responsibilities include preparation, facilitating, and conducting classroom training.
  • Performing training administration duties and maintaining training records are also key responsibilities.
  • The role requires accompanying evaluations with meaningful and constructive feedback.
  • Liaising with various stakeholders and external parties for any training requirements is essential.
  • Contributing to the team culture in a positive manner is also expected.
  • The Training Facilitator may be delegated other ad hoc projects/tasks by the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality training programs.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.
  • Design and implement training materials and resources.
  • Deliver training sessions and evaluate participant performance.
  • Maintain accurate training records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good marketing skills (an administrative background will be an advantage).
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good attitude and willingness to handle ad hoc tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to maintain training records and perform administrative duties.
