The ideal candidate will have expertise in various skill-based and soft skill courses, with a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training across a variety of programs, including WSQ certified Programs and non-WSQ offerings such as on-site team bonding and event facilitation.">
  • Lead both theoretical and hands-on sessions, emphasizing fundamental techniques, safety practices, and innovative product development.">
  • Provide effective mentorship to enhance student skills and knowledge in both artisan and general skill-based disciplines.">
  • Conduct assessments of students' practical skills and provide constructive feedback to aid in their development.">
  • Manage the setup and teardown of event settings for on-site programs, ensuring a smooth operational flow.">
  • Uphold stringent safety and hygiene standards within all training environments.">
  • Ensure the organization, cleanliness, and maintenance of workshop spaces and equipment.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ACTA or ACLP Certification is preferred; candidates without certification will be considered as sponsorship for certification is available.">
  • Proven knowledge of techniques, safety practices, and best practices within the field of specialization.">
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are crucial.">
  • A patient and passionate approach to teaching and mentoring.">
  • Ability to collaboratively work in and adapt to a dynamic training environment.">
  • Able to work on weekdays and/or weekends.">
