
Retail Training Development Manager

This role is responsible for delivering training programs to retail employees, with a focus on developing skills and enhancing customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail training and development, with the ability to adapt to changing business priorities.
The successful individual will work closely with the retail management team to develop and implement training strategies that align with business goals. This includes analyzing training needs, developing curriculum, and measuring program effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include leading field training sessions, providing coaching and feedback to store leaders, and driving sales growth through improved customer engagement.
In addition to these duties, the successful candidate will also be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining an updated database of training programs;
- Preparing and consolidating statistical reports on training program performance;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess ongoing training needs and develop global, customer-centric solutions;
To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and audiences.
A degree holder with 5 years of training experience in retail, luxury, or FMCG sector is required. Holding professional training qualifications is an advantage. Field coaching experience is also desirable.
The accomplished individual will demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and a passion for retail and the fashion/luxury industry. Strong project management skills, with the ability to complete multiple tasks within tight deadlines, are essential for success in this role.
This position requires a high level of autonomy, with frequent travel to stores and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
