
Assistant/ Training Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs for retail staff.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service of retail staff.
- Create training materials and resources, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify training needs and gaps.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with external training providers and vendors as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales training.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to retail staff to maximize their performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure training programs align with company goals and objectives.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new retail staff.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales training, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
