Corporate Sales Development Manager

Located in Singapore, Vieworks is a renowned training institution specializing in business development aspects such as Sales, People/Team-Management, Client Strategy Development, Networking, and Regional/International Conferences. Our network of world-class business owners, many of whom are former achievers in their respective disciplines, enables us to provide a high-quality training environment.
About the Role
As a Corporate Sales Development Manager at Vieworks, your primary responsibility will be to create and nurture relationships with our clients' stakeholders while achieving customer acquisition and market revenue targets. Your role involves extensive face-to-face communication, allowing you to positively impact numerous lives.
You will also enjoy an uncapped commission structure, earning up to $10,000 per week/month depending on performance. Additional bonuses may be awarded upon breaking sales records.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize strong selling skills and understand customer needs
- Identify potential customers, set strategies, and align with our clients' recommendations
- Collaborate with team members to build clients' reputation and branding
- Expand the company's team base by bringing on new talents
- Attend regular sales training and career development upskilling
Requirements
- Possess either a diploma or degree in Business Management, with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience
- Personal interest in inter-personal communications and/or out-going environments is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Comfortable working weekends on a 6-day work week
