At RASEL CATERING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., we are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Development Manager

This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.

Job Description:
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including cold calling, sales visits, and networking events.
  • B uild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and increasing revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of catering functions, meeting customer requirements and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and market developments to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Possess O Level / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience in F & B industry.
  • Able to converse effectively in English and Mandarin to manage Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Self-disciplined, proactive, and have a strong sense of urgency.
  • Must be self-driven, dynamic, meticulous, creative, and sales-oriented.
  • Outgoing personality, highly motivated, independent individual, and yet an inclusive team player.
