Corporate Sales Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented Corporate Sales Development Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting administrative matters related to sales, as well as building relationships with clients and generating new corporate clients through cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle telephone and online sales enquiries from clients;
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth;
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new corporate clients through targeted cold calling efforts;
- Collaborate with clients to plan and package events, ensuring seamless execution and high customer satisfaction;
- Prepare and submit event orders in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP);
- Maintain accurate records of all catering and conference files, adhering to established procedures and standards;
- Produce regular sales reports for Heads of Department, highlighting key metrics and trends;
- Provide daily briefings on the latest promotions and initiatives;
- Lead and mentor a team of sales coordinators to achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the hospitality industry;
- A diploma or 'O' Level certification in Hospitality would be advantageous;
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese to effectively interact with diverse clientele;
- Self-driven and sales-focused individual with an outgoing personality;
- Highly motivated and independent, yet able to work collaboratively as part of a team;
- A Class 3 driving license would be an added advantage.
