Job Description:

Celecti Pte Ltd seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Admin Assistant to join their team on a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update databases, manage personnel files, and ensure accurate crew information.
  • Arrange flights, process travel invoices, and handle related purchase orders efficiently.
  • Deliver mail, licenses, and medical reports to vessels in a timely manner, leveraging digital document management systems.
  • Manage office supplies, coordinate printing services, and perform general administrative tasks effectively.
  • Generate and file necessary reports (health, safety, licenses) promptly.
Requirements:
  • A diploma in any field is required, with prior experience in administrative fields being preferred.
  • The ideal candidate should be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. Benefits include the opportunity to gain valuable work experience and develop administrative skills in a dynamic environment.
