Philanthropic Partnerships Development Manager

**Role Overview**

The Community Chest, a leading social service organization in Singapore, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Philanthropic Partnerships Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Philanthropic Partnerships team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage philanthropic donors, corporations, and partners to support our mission and programs.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to engage philanthropic donors and partners, aligning efforts with our mission and objectives.
* Identify and establish partnerships with philanthropic donors, corporations, government agencies, trade associations, and Social Service Agencies (SSAs) to leverage resources and maximize impact.
* Foster and maintain strong relationships with individual donors, foundations, corporations, and other stakeholders to increase the giving of Time, Treasure, and Talent.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure fundraising efforts are aligned with organizational goals.
* Develop and maintain systems for tracking and reporting on fundraising activities to ensure accountability and transparency.

**Requirements**

* Highly motivated, meticulous, and organized individual with a proven track record of successfully securing major gifts, grants, and/or partnerships.
* Business acumen combined with high emotional intelligence, analytical skills, and the ability to make good judgment calls.
* Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills, with experience in crafting persuasive proposals and presentations.
* Advanced data literacy and comfortable with analyzing spreadsheets and dashboards.
