Strategic Philanthropic Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Philanthropic Partnerships team as a Senior Manager, Philanthropic Partnerships, Corporates 3 at Careers@Gov.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development: Identify and establish partnerships with philanthropic donors, corporations, government agencies, trade associations, impact partners, and Social Service Agencies (SSAs) to leverage resources and maximize impact.
Sector Development & Advocacy: Foster and maintain strong relationships with individual donors, foundations, corporations, and other stakeholders to increase the giving of Time, Treasure, and Talent. Lead sector-specific fundraising initiatives, including campaigns, events, and appeals, in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with the President's Office and internal teams to ensure fundraising and partnership efforts are aligned with the President's Challenge's mission and objectives.
Donor Management, Insights and Reporting: Develop and maintain systems for tracking and reporting on fundraising activities to ensure accountability and transparency.
Event Management: Plan and manage President's Challenge signature events, such as Istana Open Houses, and other President's Challenge-related events, like media launches.
Secretariat Duties: Support the meetings of the President's Challenge Council and EXCO.
Budget: Secure funding of the President's Challenge's operational budget and manage income and expenses.
RequirementsPersonal Competencies: Highly motivated, meticulous, and organized; business acumen combined with high emotional intelligence; analytical with the ability to make good judgment calls; resourceful, agile, and proactive in taking initiative; embraces ambiguity while continuously seeking progress and improvement.
Skills & Knowledge: Proven track record of successfully securing major gifts, grants, and/or partnerships; excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders; effective written and verbal communication skills, with experience in crafting persuasive proposals and presentations; advanced data literacy and comfortable with analyzing spreadsheets and dashboards; proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Additional Advantage: Experience in partnerships and community engagement; business development; sales and marketing; fundraising; people-private-public sector collaboration; digital marketing.
Special Certification: Knowledge of social services and experience with public service procurement practices will be an added advantage.
