Strategic Philanthropic Partnerships Manager

The President's Challenge, a flagship initiative of the Community Chest, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Philanthropic Partnerships team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage philanthropic donors, corporations, and partners to support the mission and programs under the President's Challenge.
Main Responsibilities
• Identify and establish partnerships with philanthropic donors, corporations, government agencies, and social service agencies to leverage resources and maximize impact.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with individual donors, foundations, corporations, and other stakeholders to increase the giving of Time, Treasure, and Talent.
• Collaborate closely with the President's Office and internal teams to ensure fundraising and partnership efforts are aligned with the President's Challenge's mission and objectives.
• Develop and maintain systems for tracking and reporting on fundraising activities to ensure accountability and transparency.
• Plan and manage President's Challenge signature events, including Istana Open Houses and other President's Challenge-related events.
Requirements
• Highly motivated, meticulous, and organised individual with a proven track record of successfully securing major gifts, grants, and/or partnerships.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with experience in crafting persuasive proposals and presentations.
• Advanced data literacy and comfortable with analysing spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
