Job Title: Strategic Philanthropic Partnerships Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Philanthropic Partnerships team as a Strategic Philanthropic Partnerships Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to engage philanthropic donors, corporations, and partners to support the mission and programs of the Community Chest of Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to engage philanthropic donors and partners
  • Identify and establish partnerships with philanthropic donors, corporations, government agencies, trade associations, and Social Service Agencies (SSAs) to leverage resources and maximize impact
  • Lead sector-specific fundraising initiatives, including campaigns, events, and appeals, in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure fundraising efforts are aligned with organizational goals
  • Develop and maintain systems for tracking and reporting on fundraising activities to ensure accountability and transparency

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successfully securing major gifts, grants, and/or partnerships
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the experience in crafting persuasive proposals and presentations
  • Advanced data literacy and comfortable with analysing spreadsheets and dashboards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the following will be added advantage: Partnerships and Community Engagement, Business development, Sales and marketing, Fundraising, People-Private-Public sector collaborations, Digital marketing
  • Knowledge of social services and experience with public service procurement practices will be an added advantage
