Philanthropic Partnerships Development Manager

At Careers@Gov, we are seeking a skilled Philanthropic Partnerships Development Manager to lead our corporate partnerships and fundraising efforts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving Community Chest's philanthropy and engagement goals, including mobilizing donations and resources for the social service sector. Key responsibilities include brokering and facilitating fundraising & engagement partnerships with corporate accounts from the Private sector, deepening existing partnerships and donation support from corporate accounts, planning, organizing and enhancing cause-based fundraising initiatives with corporate partners, and working with various business units within NCSS to develop fundraising and engagement strategies via a data-driven approach in achieving the fund-raising commitment for President's challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform relationship and engagement functions to achieve fundraising targets through all existing donation platforms
- Work closely with President's office to achieve fund-raising commitments
- Strengthen the engagement and relationship with existing donors through regular and robust donor stewardship to enhance donor experience to promote continued support
- Plan and manage PC signature events such as Istana Open Houses and other PC related events such as media launches
- Cultivate and build up relationship with potential new donors by strategising the approach and implementation plan, in consultation with HOD
- Cultivate positive working relationships with internal stakeholders within NCSS in achieving philanthropy and engagement outcomes
- Secretariat duties for oversight committee
- To manage operational budget and to have clear oversight on income and expenses
Requirements:

- Passionate about creating an impact to the social service sector
Desirable Skills and Knowledge:
- Fundraising, Business Development and Marketing
- Event management
- Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Spoken) with high confidence in public speaking
- Basic data literacy and able to be comfortable with analysing spreadsheets and dashboards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
