Job Opportunity

The role of the Guest Services Ambassador revolves around providing an exceptional experience for all hotel guests during their stay.

  • Promote, register, and assign rooms to incoming guests ensuring accurate registration documents.
  • Cheque out departing guests in accordance with established procedures and verify the accuracy of guest accounts.
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Notify relevant departments of arrival, room changes, check out, and special arrangements.
  • Accept reservations as needed.
  • Maintain records of special arrangements and important matters for follow-up in Handover List.
  • Collaborate with Duty Manager or Front Office Supervisor regarding complaints.
  • Perform cashiering duties and maintain precise records of guests' accounts.
  • Verify guest bills before presentation upon departure.
  • Charge monies due to the hotel to respective travel agencies or companies.
  • Declare shortages or excess to Accounts Department.
