Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests by being attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable about our offerings. ">
  • Maintain thorough understanding of all menu items, ingredients, and beverage options to make informed recommendations. ">
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and tact, escalating issues to supervisors as needed. ">
  • Upsell menu items and suggest alternatives to enhance the dining experience. ">
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to stay up-to-date on skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service. ">
  • Familiarize yourself with our POS and inventory management system to provide accurate information and resolve technical issues. ">
  • Adhere to procedures for cash handling, confidentiality, stock control, lost property, and pilferage prevention. ">
  • Conduct regular inspections to monitor operating supplies, equipment, and reduce waste and spoilage. ">
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and surrounding areas. ">
  • Perform opening and closing duties according to established procedures. ">
  • Develop positive working relationships with colleagues and operational functions. ">
  • Punctually report to duty, wear the correct uniform, maintain personal appearance, and hygiene standards. ">
  • Directly report to the Restaurant Manager. ">
