Job Title: Guest Service Ambassador

At the heart of our hotel, we need a talented individual to provide exceptional guest service and create unforgettable experiences. As a Guest Service Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and checking in guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Providing personalized service, ensuring that each guest feels valued and appreciated
  • Ensuring that all requests are met accurately and promptly, exceeding guest expectations whenever possible
  • Differentiating between guest types, including confirmed or claimed reservations, walk-ins, VIP guests, and groups, handling each situation with sensitivity and professionalism

As a key member of our front desk team, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and excellent service delivery. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in maintaining high standards of service quality.
