Job Overview:

eFinancialCareers is seeking a Helpdesk Operations Manager to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to staff across all departments, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of hardware, software, and network-related issues.


You will be responsible for monitoring and managing the helpdesk ticketing system, prioritizing and escalating issues when necessary, and ensuring timely resolution. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in effectively communicating technical information to non-technical users.


The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in helpdesk or IT support roles and at least 5 years of experience working in the asset management, hedge fund, or investment banking industry. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are also required.
