IT Helpdesk

- Provide IT helpdesk support to internal users, including remote assistance. Coordinate new staff onboarding, set up laptops, configure AD profiles, and manage system access.
- Track and manage IT assets, maintain inventory, and issue devices.
- Assist with server room maintenance and monitor infrastructure health. Troubleshoot computer and printing issues, escalating major problems as needed.
- Manage user accounts, including creation, termination, and access control. Perform routine permission reviews, document changes, and assist with IT audits.
- Help monitor IT security, conduct vulnerability scans, and track security actions. Support server backups, network health, and monitor the ticketing system for manufacturing-related issues.
- Assist with SQL queries and maintain internal Knowledge Base.
Required experience/skills:
- ITE/Nitec in computer science/network
- 0-2 years of experience in IT helpdesk/support engineer role.
- Preferably end user environment
- Immediate to start is preferred as its 3 months direct contract subject to renewal.
