Job Requirements
We are seeking a Technical Helpdesk Expert to join our team. As a Technical Helpdesk Expert, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end users and vessel IT.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing technical support to end users and vessel IT
  • Installing, cabling and setting up workstations, PCs, and printers
  • Resolving technical issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve company goals
A Diploma in Information Technology/ Computer Studies or Nitec holder equivalent is required. Prior experience in PC hardware/ software installation is an advantage.
