Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Department, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Provide 1st Level remote and on-site troubleshooting support to all employees
  • Manage IT Request and ensure all IT Requests are processed in a timely manner with SLA
  • Manage and support employee workstations, laptops or mobile devices for end-users to be in good working condition
  • Conduct IT induction training for users
  • Participate in internal or external audits and accreditations
  • Participate in system improvement projects when required
  • More will be shared during interview

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology/Infocomm Technology or its equivalent
  • Good to have some prior experience in providing End-User support. We are happy to consider junior applicants who are keen to learn on the job.
  • This is a 1 year contract, with high potential to be converted to permanent headcount subjected to performance.
