Main Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee facility management, bookings, and maintenance of various amenities, ensuring they are well-maintained and functional.
  2. Plan and organize activities, decoration, and events during major festive seasons to enhance the client experience.
  3. Assist the Reporting Officer in administrative tasks, including updating work schedules, processing enquiries/feedback, and responding to client queries.

Work closely with the Reporting Officer to maintain defect lists, fix dates of inspection, and process security passes/access cards/carpark labels to facilitate client access. Ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
