We are seeking a highly skilled Condominium Manager to join our team at CBM Pte Ltd. As a key member of our administration department, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Corporation, including administrative functions, financial management, and maintenance of the property.

Your key responsibilities will include convening and attending meetings of the Council and General Meetings, dealing with inquiries, complaints, and correspondence, and engaging contractors and professional services as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures, monitoring maintenance budgets, and coordinating council meetings.

A minimum of 4-5 years of MCST experience is required, with a diploma in Estate Management or equivalent. Strong knowledge of BMSMA Act and contract management skills are essential.
