Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling all administrative documents and correspondence
- Preparation and compilation of reports
- Permit/Licence application & renewal for construction industry (i.e. MOM, BCA, SLA)
- Compiling of HSE and Sustainability statistics for reporting
- Process workmen injuring claim and common law case
- Any other duties assigned by management
Role Requirements
- Possess at least a minimum 'O' Levels
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as administrator, preferably in construction/factory set up
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work in culturally diverse environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively and work independently.
- Willing to learn and upskill
