We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Lead to join our team at Perennial. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail malls. Your key responsibilities include supervising and leading the Operations team, managing the operations budget, administration, and management of contracts.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and lead the Operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage the operations budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Administer and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
• Implement a master schedule maintenance program for all M&E systems and services, planning, managing, and monitoring preventive maintenance to specifications with compliance to regulatory requirements.
• Identify and rectify operational issues promptly.
• Set benchmarks for monitoring performance of key contractors, including regular audits, to ensure expected standards are adhered to.
• Review, improve, and make recommendations on SOP and workflows to ensure work efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain good partnerships with contractors and vendors.
• Oversee all tenancy administration matters.
• Build and maintain good rapport with tenants.
Requirements
• Degree in Real Estate, Building, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Sound knowledge of M&E, Civil Security, Fire Safety, and Estate Management.
• Strong people management, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in retail mall operations is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
