Manage and coordinate all building maintenance activities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems
Supervise and lead a team of building operations staff, including technicians and cleaners, to ensure the highest standards of service delivery
Monitor and control building expenses, including utilities, supplies, and contracted services, to ensure cost-effective operations
Liaise with tenants, service providers, and other stakeholders to address their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Ensure the building complies with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
Develop and implement strategies to improve the building's energy efficiency and sustainability
Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to building operations
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in building operations management, preferably in the commercial real estate or facilities management sector
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills to address a wide range of operational challenges
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders, including tenants, service providers, and team members
Proficiency in budget management and cost control to ensure the efficient and cost-effective operation of the building
Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and the ability to ensure compliance
Ability to lead and motivate a team of building operations staff to deliver exceptional service
