ERIC ONG & ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Property Officer to manage the day-to-day operations of our buildings and condominiums.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of all site or estate activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating project work in common areas and scheduling testing work with our technician personnel for relevant building certificates and license renewal;
  • Ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of all site or estate activities;
  • Addressing complaints from residents and owners regarding common property issues;
  • Supporting council meetings and general meetings, including management reports and following up on instructions given by the meeting.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience;
  • A Higher NITEC in Facilities Management and/or Diploma in Integrated Facility Management, Real Estate Business, Hotel and Leisure Facilities Management, or equivalent qualifications;
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills;
  • Mature and outgoing personality;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
