Furama PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in driving business growth and revenue expansion.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with expertise in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure optimal performance.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and delivering exceptional customer service to drive retention and loyalty.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on relationship-building, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • A strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and tools, including CRM software.
