About the RoleWe're seeking a Global System Integrator (GSI) Principal Partner Account Manager to join our ASEAN Partnerships team in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading GSI partnerships in ASEAN, developing go-to-market services and solutions, and leveraging these to drive joint growth and customer acquisition strategies.
Key performance indicators include building joint offerings, pipeline development, establishing trusted relationships with key decision-makers, and enabling GSI client and technical account leads. You'll work closely with our global alliances team and services team to achieve these goals.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute the GSI strategy for ASEAN, including country/market prioritization
- Build joint go-to-market services and solution stack offerings
- Achieve and exceed partner booked sales goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with GSI partners and key decision-makers
- Own and run business and quarterly planning/reviews
- Be the primary voice to the channel leadership team on GSI partnerships
- Drive co-marketing opportunities
- Own the plan for ongoing training and support for client leads and technical resources
- Relevant Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience working with Global System Integrator partnerships
- Existing relationships with GSI and SIs in the region
- Executive presence
- Experience working in the Technology sector, with a bonus for network and/or security vendor experience
- Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Must live in Singapore
- Discretionary variable pay or commission scheme
