Administrative Secretary to the Board
This key administrative role requires a high level of discretion, strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
ResponsibilitiesThe Administrative Secretary to the Board will be responsible for:
- Preparing and reviewing various corporate secretarial documents, including Board resolutions and minutes of meetings.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external parties, including auditors and ACRA officers.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date statutory records of the group of companies.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic corporate environment.
