Head of Sales and Business Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Sales to spearhead business growth in the recruitment industry.
Job OverviewAs a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Your expertise in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, nurturing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and analyzing market trends and competitor activities will drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities, leveraging your network and relationships to drive growth.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure alignment on client needs and enhance placement success.
- Monitor financial performance and develop strategies for improvement, ensuring the company meets its revenue targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting business objectives in the recruitment industry.
- Excellent sales, analytical, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
This role offers a competitive salary range of SGD $120,000 - SGD $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan matching, and generous paid time off.
