We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales Development to join our team in Singapore.
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the sales process and drive business growth while developing the competences of the sales team.
About the Role:
The Head of Sales Development will be responsible for setting short-term and long-term sales targets aligned with the unit's overall sales targets.
He/She will lead the sales team to achieve these targets by coaching and developing the sales team, ensuring they are proactive with customers and use KONE solution selling methodology.
The successful candidate will also be accountable for leading cross-functional collaboration efforts to build responsive support platforms to support rapid sales growth.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need strong team leadership and engagement skills, as well as a deep understanding of business planning and controlling.
You should be comfortable with numbers and able to lead performance by facts and numbers, relying on sales tools and analytics.
A digital assertiveness mindset is essential, as you will be promoting and demonstrating the value of KONE digital offerings and innovations.
What We Offer:
In return for your expertise and passion, we offer a competitive salary of SGD 120,000 - SGD 180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
