We are looking for a high-performing and dynamic Sales Head managing & delivering revenue growth. The successful candidate will be a hands-on hunter, win new logos, large multi-year deals.As Sales Head, responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve the financial targets annually. The Sales Head’s duties are to grow a hungry Sales team, achieve annual targets, build relationships, and grow the company. This role has an initial geographical focus on Singapore, before expanding to the rest of Asia.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand Infosys Compaz (i Compaz) solutions and servicesWork with internal solution and delivery teams in driving deals across the sales cycle – qualification, proposal, working with partners, client presentation, pricing and contract negotiationProvide appropriate solutions to the clients to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition and profitabilityDeveloping and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer baseBuild a strong pipeline of large deals, drive them to win – mostly new clientsDevelop and expand a portfolio of clientsPresent, promote and sell services using “solid sales plans” to existing and prospective customersAchieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduleEffectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentationsOversee a team of Sales leaders and get the best outcome in terms of winning large deals, managing CXO relationships and have customer stickinessEngage consultatively with CXOs of target clientsRequirementsDegree holderSuccess gained from similar roles from IT system integration companies, managed services, or software and servicesProven expertise in opening new strategic accounts, driving sales process from Plan to Close and driving large deals above SGD 50 millionExperience in hunting combined with miningPossess current C-level relationships that can be leveraged for opening new accountsProven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targetsAbility to communicate, present and influence all levels of organisation, inclusive executive and C-level#J-18808-Ljbffr
