Head of Sales

We are looking for experienced and motivated Head of Sales to lead and implement effective business strategies for the profitability for the company and its subsidiary.
The Head of Sales is responsible to manage the company's resources to achieve sales and profit targets in line with the approved annual business plan, budget and subsequent forecasts.
The ideal candidate must have proven track record with strong leadership, ability to motivate, delegate and lead the business development and sales, prior experience in the FMCG industry and familiar with all sales channels is crucial for this role.
Business Development / Sales
Identify and develop growth strategies both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth in retail and cross-selling between group companies.
Develop and execute strategic sales plan by leading the Sales Team to grow revenue and clientele.
Keep growing sustainable and profitable business with all existing key accounts.
Oversee and negotiate the commercial and constructs appropriate terms of sales.
Manage selling price and margin, identify opportunities to increase market shares.
Create a positive and engaging experience for customers and develop long-term relationships.
Regularly report on sales performance to senior management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies across all sales activities.
Train, and mentor sales staff, fostering a high-performance culture within the team.
Requirement:
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and build new business for the company.
Strong people management and communication skills is an essential for the successful applicant.
People and task orientation must be in balance/ optimized for his/ her performance.
Able to think critically when making plans and demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5 - 10 years' prior industry related business development/sales experience.
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development sales strategies.
Strong people management skills.
Ability to work in cross-functional and international environment with internal and external parties.
Demonstrated understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the region.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
