One of our clients, a global leader in industrial automation, connectivity, and electronic interface technology, is looking for an experienced professional to lead their dynamic sales team as Head of Sales.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth market, industry, and competitor research to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
Design innovative solutions based on survey insights to address market needs.
Develop and execute revenue growth strategies by setting sales goals, devising sales plans, and coordinating closely with sales teams.
Continuously monitor and adapt sales strategies to ensure targets are met and drive success.
Lead and manage Inside Sales, Field Sales, After Sales, Product Management, and Marketing Communications departments.
Cultivate new client relationships, expand existing partnerships, and optimize sales channels for maximum impact.
Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations (WSR, QR, AR) to the Managing Director and Headquarters.
Collaborate with product development teams to support innovation and product roadmap planning.
Oversee departmental budgeting, planning, control, and performance analysis.
Guide and mentor sales, marketing, and product teams to drive high performance.
Establish, track, and report on KPIs, providing senior management with regular updates.
Initiate and lead key projects, ensuring comprehensive reporting to Management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years in the device connector industry or a comparable sector.
Demonstrated achievements in sales, marketing, or business development.
Deep understanding of the device connector market, with awareness of key industry trends.
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Proven experience managing teams of 20+ and overseeing business portfolios valued at USD 30M or more.
Familiarity with PCB technology or experience in the EMS industry.
