Head of Sales

We are looking for a high-performing and dynamic Sales Head managing & delivering revenue growth. The successful candidate will be a hands-on hunter, win new logos, large multi-year deals.
As Sales Head, responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve the financial targets annually. The Sales Head’s duties are to grow a hungry Sales team, achieve annual targets, build relationships, and grow the company. This role has an initial geographical focus on Singapore, before expanding to the rest of Asia.
Responsibilities
- Understand Infosys Compaz (iCompaz) solutions and services
- Work with internal solution and delivery teams in driving deals across the sales cycle – qualification, proposal, working with partners, client presentation, pricing and contract negotiation
- Provide appropriate solutions to the clients to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition and profitability
- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Build a strong pipeline of large deals, drive them to win – mostly new clients
- Develop and expand a portfolio of clients
- Present, promote and sell services using “solid sales plans” to existing and prospective customers
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Oversee a team of Sales leaders and get the best outcome in terms of winning large deals, managing CXO relationships and have customer stickiness
- Engage consultatively with CXOs of target clients
Requirements
- Degree holder
- Success gained from similar roles from IT system integration companies, managed services, or software and services
- Proven expertise in opening new strategic accounts, driving sales process from Plan to Close and driving large deals above SGD 50 million
- Experience in hunting combined with mining
- Possess current C-level relationships that can be leveraged for opening new accounts
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of organisation, including executive and C-level
