About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in DIRECT SEARCH ASIA PTE. LTD.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a customer base for service sales in the Industrial, Marine, Offshore, and Oil & Gas sectors.
  • Maintain high-quality customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Enhance sales performance and meet set sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to capitalize on opportunities in local and international markets.
  • Deliver sales presentations and provide necessary customer support.
  • Collect and analyze data on market demands, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports.
  • Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations for all stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Diploma (minimum), preferably in Business or Engineering.
  • Experience with 2-stroke or 4-stroke marine engine services is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • Will ingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Familiarity with the Marine, Offshore, or Oil & Gas industry is advantageous.
  • Sales experience in the Marine, Offshore, or Oil & Gas industries is advantageous.
