Job Title: Commercial Strategy Lead

As a key professional in our commercial strategy team, you will play a critical role in shaping and governing the commercial strategy for our organization.

This entails developing business frameworks, analyzing market trends, and providing strategic guidance on business structures and pricing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own business frameworks, including pricing policies, discount policies, and approval hierarchies.
  • Analyze deal trends, win/loss rates, and pricing performance to recommend improvements to our pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Provide strategic guidance on business deals, pricing, and commercial terms to balance customer needs with company objectives.
  • Develop and deliver training to the sales organization on pricing, business processes, and negotiation best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product Management to influence and implement new pricing models and product packaging that align with market demands and company goals.
