Job Description:

We are seeking a high-achieving and experienced professional to lead the development of commercial strategies and drive strategic planning activities for our Iron Ore business.

This role will be key in supporting our senior leadership team in making informed decisions that generate value and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and understand the implications of macroeconomic developments on our business.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading high-priority strategy projects, developing and executing project work plans, identifying and evaluating business cases, and delivering commercial papers and presentations to support senior management's decision-making.

You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and zero harm within our organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, economics, or business.
  • At least five years of experience in a commercial or strategy-focused role, preferably at a top-tier consulting firm.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in corporate finance principles, financial modeling, and evaluation.
  • Ability to think strategically and understand the implications of macroeconomic developments on our business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
