KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the production of pastry items, ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to secure top-quality ingredients.
  • Supervise food preparation processes to guarantee compliance with established recipes and standards.
  • Uphold cleanliness and sanitation protocols across all kitchen areas.
  • Deliver training and mentorship to team members to promote uniformity in food preparation.
  • Forecast food requirements, manage inventory, and strive to reduce waste.
  • Provide constructive feedback to staff to foster a productive work environment.
  • Qualifications: Culinary Diploma, a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in the hospitality sector, exceptional culinary expertise, and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
  • Adherence to all organizational policies and procedures is mandatory.
