A crucial role in our organization is the Software Technical Specialist. This position involves ensuring seamless application performance and delivering expert technical assistance to end users. Our team collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to resolve user-reported issues within defined Service Level Agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical support for software products via multiple channels.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot configuration and functional problems remotely or on-site.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify root causes and suggest preventive measures or workarounds.
  • Configure security software and conduct user acceptance testing.
  • Implement planned software upgrades and system migrations.
  • Proactively monitor systems to prevent issues impacting end users.
  • Regularly review and enhance support processes as part of ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date support documentation in the knowledge base to facilitate user support and streamline operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in technical support or customer service in IT/software products.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including operating systems, databases, networking, virtualization, and web applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving complex technical issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
