
Technical Support Professional

Job Summary:
We seek a skilled IT professional to fill the Technical Support role. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy troubleshooting complex software and hardware issues, have excellent communication skills, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Maintain and monitor email address lists
- Create login credentials and access rights for new employees
- Ensure data security, network access, and backup systems are up-to-date
- Provide technical support across the company, including repairing and replacing equipment as needed
- Manage and update IT infrastructure lists
- Raise requisitions by identifying and selecting equipment that meets management requirements
- Support overseas office users through remote connections
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the IT lead or management
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Extensive knowledge of computer hardware systems
- Familiarity with general OS systems, enterprise programming languages, and Office software
- Knowledge of LAN and wireless networks
- Good communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues
- Knowledge of database and networking security systems
