
Technical Support Professional

In this position, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting services to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and applications.
- You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person;
- Identifying and resolving hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner;
- Configuring and troubleshooting network and server infrastructure;
- Developing and maintaining documentation on IT procedures and policies;
- Liaising with internal teams and external vendors to ensure service standards and service level agreements are fulfilled;
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess:
- A diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field;
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role;
- Strong organizational and documentation skills;
- The ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively;

- Windows/Linux server administration skills;
- Hardware, Infrastructure, and Network experience;
- Software/Systems integration across one or more software/hardware components;
