Job Title: Operations and Technical Support Specialist

About the Role:
This is a dynamic position that involves providing technical support to our team members. As an Operations and Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks such as preparing drawings, quotations, and updating inventory lists.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in preparing AutoCAD and SketchUp drawings when required.
2. Prepare quotations and provide support to our sales team.
3. Update warehouse inventory lists to ensure accurate tracking of stock levels.
4. Assist with incoming product cargo handling and ensure timely delivery to our customers.
5. Liaise with installation supervisors and installer teams for project site installations.
6. Attend trade exhibitions in the region to promote our products and services.
7. Maintain and update product catalogues, PowerPoint presentations, and pricing reference documents.

Requirements:
1. Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
2. Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin is essential for liaising with Chinese-speaking suppliers.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is required.
4. Good organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary for this role.
5. Willingness to travel within the region for exhibitions or project requirements is a plus.
