Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical support, with a strong background in troubleshooting networking, operating systems and hardware. They should be able to work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality results.

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing first and second level of technical support to customers via phone and email. They will also work closely with the global technical support service team in Singapore and Norway.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing technical support roles
